Zoom: My Zoom Keeps Freezing. I’m Having Issues With Watching The Live Lesson

Almost all technology glitches can be resolved by restarting your computer and your Internet connection. 


We recommend that you try restarting your internet connection to see if that helps first. If you are still having issues, please try restarting your computer. 


Alex always makes sure to record a high-quality video that she will upload to the hub after class is over, so if there are connectivity issues during the live call, please know you will have access to a high-quality version of the video shortly after the session is over.
