My payment didn't go through
If you were trying to pay using Apple Pay that may be the issue. Unfortunately, Apple Pay has been glitching for some customers, so I’d recommend going back to the checkout page and using a card or the PayPal option.
If you were not using Apple Pay, it may be an internet connection issue. I’d recommend restarting your computer or device and trying again and it should work fine. You could also try a different browser or device.
You’ll know it was a successful purchase because the screen will redirect you to a thank-you page and you will receive an emailed receipt and a welcome email with all your next steps.
