Account & Login: How To Reset Your Password

Trouble logging in? Forgotten your password?
If you are not sure about your username and password, navigate here: https://membership.thegardenstudio.art/login
And then click "Forgot your password?" on this screen:
You will then see this screen:
Make sure you select the “Reset Password” option. The system will automatically send you a special email to reset your password. The email looks like this:
When you receive the email, click the button that says “Click here to reset your password” and it will take you to a password reset page.
If you already know your password and you simply want to change it, you can do so from within the hub when you’re logged in. Follow the instructions in the article on updating your account settings and select the “Security” option to change your password.
Please note: the automatic email always sends, so if you don’t see it right away please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, it is likely that there was a typo in your email address when you first signed up. Email us at support@alexkincaidart.com if you suspect that to be the case and we can help you correct it.
Clicking the button that says "Send Magic Link" will send you a direct link to the hub again, but you won’t be able to reset your password. We recommend resetting your password and making a note of it so that you can log in on any device.
Resetting your password within the membership hub
If you are able to login to your membership hub but would like to update your password:
- Login to your membership account: https://membership.thegardenstudio.art/login
- Click on your profile image on the top right corner
- Click on 'account settings'
- Select 'security' from the left hand menu and you will see this:
- Fill in the details and click 'change password'
Note: Don't forget to make note of/save your new password somewhere safe.
